THOMAS GEORGERev. Thomas George is the current director of Life on Life transformation. Thomas was born in South India and grew up in Kuwait. He came to the United States as an international student. Thomas has been married to his wonderful wife Annie since 1990 and they have two adult children, their spouses and one precious grand-daughter who fills their lives with joy.
Thomas completed a BA in Psychology from Kent State University and a Masters in Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary/EMERGE. He is currently working on his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Asbury Theological Seminary. Thomas has worked as a professional mental health and addiction counselor and served in pastoral ministry for 24 years with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA). He currently serves as district superintendent of the Great Lakes District of the C&MA and on various leadership boards. Thomas met the late Dr. Richard Bush as he began superintendent ministry in 2012. He had the privilege of being Richard’s friend and of journeying through the Life on Life pathway for six years. During those years, Richard helped him to see and understand what God had been doing in shaping and forming him, “connecting the dots of our life,” as Richard called it. Thomas and Annie facilitate pathway journey retreats together and they love to see people grow in their love for Christ. They love helping others flourish and equipping them to pour out their lives in ways that bring glory to God. |
